What we call a retrograde Planet is a planet whose apparent motion seems to reverse. In reality this phenomenon is an illusion due to the duration of the revolution of the different planets around the Sun in relation to our point of view on the Earth. Sometimes the Earth is faster (than the planets outside its orbit), sometimes it is slower (than the inner planets in its orbit). Only the Sun and the Moon, the 2 luminaires, never regress.

Simply by being contrary to the normal flow, retrograde motion represents an exception to this sense of normalcy. Perhaps it's more appropriate to think of them as seekers or explorers who travel the celestial byways in search of something not available on the main highway.

In traditional astrology, the concept of Retrogradation has been imputed to a deeper introspection. In karmic astrology a retrograde planet is seen as an “energy node”, that is, an evolutionary constraint inherited from the past that will shape the present incarnation.

When the moon enters the sign of the sun, there is an echo coming from the previous NM when the sun entered the sign of the moon.

It is the time when our truths reveal themselves, specially the commitment we have with the chosen path. I would like to add: to be in truth with ourselves.

Focus on the oppositions:

This NM is opposite to Pluto R+the ascendant, showing that the process of transformation is still in motion and that our social status or our professional/sentimental life might change if We do want it to change.

Mars in Virgo is opposite to the tandem Neptune R-Saturn R in Aries.

Mars is the planet of enthusiasm, courage, confidence, liveliness, and self-importance whereas Virgo signifies patience, peace, analysis, nurturing and services.

* Pluto (4th May- 13th October 2025)

Lord of the Underworld and the planet of death, rebirth and transformation, is a formidable force. It breaks down the old structures, forcing us to confront what’s been hidden beneath the surface. Pluto probes and unearths the parts of ourselves (and our surroundings) we’re either too afraid to confront or prefer to avoid entirely.

The retrograde process, however, is internalized as we are called to go within and reflect on the areas of life where we’ve allowed our power to be taken from us. Pluto retrograde ultimately presents us with the opportunity to revisit the past, reassess power dynamics and get to the heart of the matter.

* Saturn (13th July- 28th November 2025)

This is the first time Saturn retrograde has occurred in Aries since the late 1990s. Given that this was so long ago, you may not know what to expect. Saturn retrograde will unravel Aries themes of rage, lust, libido, warfare, and ability to follow through. Saturn retrograde in Aries might be exceptionally difficult, but it provides a chance to reclaim your ambition.

From 23rd October, Neptune enters Pisces and like his team mate Saturn will have his impact on both the cardinal cross signs and the mutable cross signs.

Mutable cross = Pisces-Virgo-Gemini-Sagittarius.

Lilith in Scorpio, the last crusade!

The Black Moon is the second focus of the lunar ellipse. It does the tour of the zodiac in approximately nine years. The common name for the BM is Lilith, a symbol of rejected forces, of an indescribable lack, leading to a sense of loneliness and sorrows. Regarding the earth, It also represents the first focus of the lunar ellipse. If the moon is the star, the BM is the anti-star, the underworld, the reflection of the dark shadow of the light.

Lilith in Scorpio, so located in the fixed cross (Taurus-Scorpio-Leo-Aquarius) acts in synergy with the lord of the underworld, Pluto in Aquarius.
