Astrological forecast: New Moon in Aquarius 17th February 2026, Solar eclipse, Chinese new year of the fire horse...The show must go on !

The first thing, when I had a look at the chart of this powerful Mn, was to connect the symbolism of a NM, the one of an eclipse and the Chinese new year. Not easy at first sight, but.... As a starter, the chart shows almost all the planets on top of the horizon (line ascendant- descendant). I told to myself, what a move! During the last NM- 18th January 2026, the planets were located North-West/ South West, cutting the zodiac in 2 parts: East and West. Focus on conjunctions and team mates !

A new moon gives the tone = conjunction, new beginnings, unify your skills. This moon in Aquarius is quirky, humanitarian, independent. The sun in Aquarius is a social butterfly making friends and influencing people wherever they go. This isn’t surprising considering that this sign rules the 11th house.

So the challenge of the NM will be to use our innovative spirit to find solutions to our limitations and boundaries, without forget in that Aquarius is rules by Saturn and Uranus.
